Herb Tomatoes, Cheesy Dijon Green Beans & Wild Rice

Not entirely sure this counts as a recipe but it was a yummy meal. I had it for dinner but it would make a lovely weekend breakfast. I wish wild rice wasn't so expensive! I love it, it tastes better than white/brown rice and is wonderful for you.

Herb Tomatoes, Cheesy Dijon Green Beans and Wild Rice

3 Tomatoes 
Braggs seasoning (or any dried herbs you like)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Cook wild rice until split & tender
  • chop tomatoes in half
  • sprinkle with seasoning
  • dry fry until tender (I like mine with a bit of bite still)
  • chop green beans
  • cook with nutritional yeast and dijon mustard until tender
  • enjoy!
